VICTORIA SPONGE CAKE

I would like to start this post saying, i'm really sorry I haven't posted in ages but as some of you know we get alot of homework in secondary! But I am going to try to keep on top of my homework so I can talk to you guys more! Please comment or follow this blog if you agree!

Lets get started!As you may know , I love baking, as specialty cakes ,this is one of the victoria sponge cakes  made.Please comment to tell me abu your baking too!

POTATO SALAD

If there is one thing I like its gardening . I know this sounds boring at the start but it is actually really fun .When the vegetables have finished growing yo can make lots of healthy foods . Today I am going to show you how to make a potato salad.

You will need:

10 potatoes
mayonnaise
salt
pepper
1 onion

First  chop up the potato in a bowl of water and put it in a sauce pan. Then turn the gas on and let it boil.

Next dice the onion and leave it in a bowl on the side for later .

When you think the potatoes are ready take then off the heat ,drain them and mix them in a large dish along with the onions and mayonnaise. Your salad is complete!

INTRODUCING MY DOGS

I dont know about you , but my pets are family. I have decided to tell you a little about my dogs. There names are Honey and Archie.  Honey is the golden cocker spaniel who has lived with my family since she was a puppy. . Archie is the black labrador he is a rescue but is really sweet and calm natured , the family he used to have just didnt want him.

Archie has recently made friends with our neighbours dog, and often goes on play dates . Honey prefers humans and loves to have a cuddle with you! I will tell you more about my pets soon, but what about you? What pets do you have/want?
